We need to come to a point where it’s okay to be angry. We also need to realize that it’s what we do with our anger, and how we handle our anger, that is most important. I say this because so many have a false belief that they are not supposed to have any anger at all. Anger is an area of our emotions that every person should be able to have, feel, and experience in their life. You may not be an angry person that goes around feeling angry all the time, but there are things that you should get angry about.
